no weight loss, but still a healthy product to take, June 13, 2012 This review is from: Green Coffee Bean Extract, 400mg Per Capsule, 100% Pure All Natural Formula (Health and Beauty) I've about finished my bottle and results have been so and so. There are a lot of health benefits that are not very visible when taking green coffee bean so it was not a total wash. Increased circulation is one thing I read about it. I have poor circulation in my legs and it did help a little bit, so I am grateful for that. I did, however, like many other people get this product because of the weight loss claim Dr. Oz made on his show. I did not get any such results. I have listened to the recommendations of Dr. Oz in past and lost 20 pounds in a little over two months from taking Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder. This may possibly be the reason why I didn't see results with the green coffee bean pills, I literally need to lose 4 more pounds to reach my goal, and the last one's are always the hardest... So I'm going to take a little time to report my experience (so far) for anyone who understands that losing weight is hard and requires effort, and is wondering whether taking this extract IN ADDITION to making that effort will cause the weight to come off faster, or at least prevent one of those motivation-crushing plateaus.
Like many people, I've struggled with my weight all my life. I'm 45, female, 5'6", and currently trying very hard to get my weight and my cholesterol numbers down. I have not reached menopause, and my bloodwork says that I am not diabetic, pre-diabetic, or insulin-resistant.
